Welcome to our new blog! Well, as you know, Tommy and I are expecting a little bundle of joy in February. We are so excited! And....a little scared! Just to catch everyone up....we found out we were pregnant on June 1st, by randomly taking a pregnancy test....later confirmed by a blood test (just to be sure!). Besides my doctor, midwife, and acupuncturist, Tommy and I were the only ones to know up until mid July. It was ridiculously hard to keep it a secret from everyone, but such a huge relief when we started breaking the wonderful news to our friends and family. The Gisondis found out on July 11th and the Weyers found out on July 18th. Needless to say, both families are beyond excited. The first grandchild on both sides! It's already been such an exciting journey that is bound to get even more exciting, more scary, and and more beautiful!
