23 Weeks and counting!!

Here I am, one week short of the 6 month mark! (which is actually this Monday, can you believe it?!). It seems to be going by so fast! I'm obviously getting a little bigger, but I don't feel too much bigger than usual, which is weird. I'm feeling great.....no sickness, no real aches or pains, I can't complain! I have been so lucky so far to have such a great pregnancy. Thanks, little guy!! LOL.....I hear these horror stories from other women about things that could happen and happened to them during their pregnancies. Hearing those, it's all the motivation I need to keep going to the gym, eating healthy, and keeping up with the acupuncture! Fingers crossed that I keep being an exception to all of the pregnancy theories out there!

This past Sunday was a big day for Tommy. He was actually able to feel the baby "kick"! Usually, when the baby is moving around, I can feel little flutters at the bottom of my belly. Like he's swimming around and kicking his feet for movement.....lol. But on Sunday, he was being a bit more active (maybe from the excitement of the Giants winning again.....5-0 Baby!) and I could feel him moving right around my belly button. So I told T to put his hand there and just wait to see if he could feel it. Thinking that it's too early for that, but it's worth a shot. The baby "kicked" a few times in that same spot, and T totally felt it! The smile and look of happiness on his face was priceless. He said "I felt it!!" He was so excited and pictured the baby being a little kung fu master in there....ha! Maybe it was a big kick and he's a future punter!
