Less than 3 weeks until due date.....wait...really??

Hi everyone! The day is quickly approaching! Tommy took these pictures last night and I just had to post two of them because there seems to be such a difference in belly size between them! The first picture is about how big I feel. The second picture.....is that really how big my belly is?? Whoa, baby G! You're gonna be a tanker! Ha! And exactly how do you plan on getting out of there, my little man??

Everything is still going pretty well. At my midwife appt. last Thursday, Baby G's heartbeat was good both when he was "resting" and when he was moving. It's amazing how much it speeds up when he moves ever so slightly! My stomach measured at about 36 1/2 inches, which they say is normal. I think it's actually grown 2 1/2 inches from 2 weeks ago! Crazy! And I've gained about 30-32 lbs so far.

As for myself, physically, I'm starting to wear down a bit. I never thought I'd say that! I'm really trying to rest up and not do too much in the last few weeks that I have. Tommy has been great with making me relax and propping my feet up while he takes care of things at home. I've slowed down on the gym, only going during my lunch break at work a few times a week, biking only. My left foot can get super swollen sometimes, causing it to hurt to walk on. It makes my hourly commute to and from work really fun. Lol! My lower back also hurts just a little more. Again, nothing to REALLY complain about, but I am looking forward to "lighter" times in the future! I'm still not quite ready for Baby G to be here, although I'm dying to know what he looks like! Anyone have any thoughts there?! But everyday, I get a little bit closer to being ready. I'm really just ready to not have this extra weight on me anymore. Everything is getting a little bit harder to do. I'm going to feel like a new woman the day he is born! That's got to be at least a good 15 lbs dropped in a day!

Well, I have another midwife appt tomorrow, so I'll keep you all posted. Boy, the weeks go by fast now that I have weekly appts! I can't believe I'm at this point!
