Because things are moving so fast these days, I decided that I needed to at least keep a journal of everything that Jack's been doing the past few months. So, let's start with March, which is around when these pics were taken. Because he was only around a month old, he wasn't really doing much besides being the most super cutest, happiest, easiest baby ever. Well, don't get me wrong, we've had our rough times, but nothing compared to horror stories that I've heard. In the first few months of his life, he really enjoyed turning his head only to the right. This started to be a real concern for me. And it's actually something that the doctor started noting later on in our appointments. The doc did say that this is a usual occurrence in babies, but to keep an eye on it just in case. And because he had such a liking to one side of his head, his hair did start to fall out on that side. It actually began to fall out on the top and sides, mostly, leaving a monk like look to his hairdo. My dad found this quite amusing. He now sports a flourishing mo-hawk. Everyone always asks me if I cut it that way. I look at them shockingly......no way could I cut his hair yet!!
I also want to note how Jack goes everywhere. Literally, this kid has been more places in his first few months on earth, than any of us have when we were that little! He dines in restaurants with us. (Brownstone was actually his very first restaurant) He goes shopping with us. We just love taking him everywhere and showing him the sites. Even if he is sleeping half of the time.
