I found some old "report cards" from our pediatrician visits and thought I'd keep a running tally of them on the blog.
6 days old: 9 lbs 3 oz.
1 month old: 11 lbs 12 oz. (97%), 23" (91%) At this rate, we thought I had birthed a giant! He also had his first Hep B shot.
2 months old: 13lbs 6 oz, 23 3/4". He also had a HIB shot and PCV shot.
3 months old: 14 lbs 3 oz (75%). 25 1/4" (75%). Still thinking that this kid is going to be huge! Future basketball star! He had his second Hep B shot and IPV shot.
4 months old: 15lbs 11oz, 26 in. second Prevnar shot and second HIB shot given. He also started cereal this month. This is also when I was pretty much done breastfeeding. Not by choice, I might add. I think I was just too stressed out and going back to work didn't help. But I was ok with it. I did miss nursing him, but was enjoying the "freedom" that comes with bottles. (Read that as "I can now drink again! Woo hoo!)
5 months old: 17 lbs 2 oz (60%), 26 3/4" (75%). Ok, it's official. We have a total Slim Jim on our hands! Tall and thin! Second DTAP and second Roto given. By the way, I am missing a couple of these shots here.
6 months old: 18 lbs 7 oz, 28" (90%). WOW! Jack is now growing into 9-12 mo clothing. He is just so long! His little feet are starting to hang off the end of his infant carseat! Second Polio and third Prenar given.
This is not the best shot of Jack, but I wanted everyone to see his outfit. This was Tommy's when he was a baby! Jack fit in it for about a second!
