Here's the birthday boy the morning of his 1st birthday. Since it was just mommy and Jack (daddy was in San Francisco), we went to Crumbs later that day to pick up his birthday cupcake and Skype with Da-Da and then Dude and Mimi.
At first, Jack played it cool and pretended to be shy about eating the cake. Don't let him fool you....
He got super excited about seeing his daddy on the computer. How cool!
Once he smushed down the middle of the cupcake, it was all over. Zolie sat patiently, waiting for the "crumbs"....no pun intended....
Oh yeah, Jack. That's it! Get right in there. But don't forget to save some for mommy! It's Cinnamon Bun flavor, after all!
YAY! Who knew that this would be so much fun!? Too bad mommy's camera and video camera ran out of batteries by this point! Happy Birthday, Jack!
