Jack had an excellent appointment at the doctor's yesterday. Right now, he's weighing in at 23 lbs 10 oz, which is in the 70th percentile and he's measuring at 30". This could be more since they measure him laying down....very strange, if you ask me. But his height is in the 55th percentile. Since Jack is no chubby kid, it seems that the percentages are a little off, but hey, I'm not the doctor or the expert, right!? Either way, Jack has seemed to have "jumped up" on the charts a bit, when most kids at this age plateau. And I just realized that his head size is in the 70th percentile. How funny!
He also had his first chicken pox shot and was finger pricked to test his lead levels. The levels came out normal and Jack was stuck with a band-aid that was not supposed to come of due to the excessive bleeding that comes along with this prick. Well, the band-aid was chewed off multiple times, but not before he got bits of blood all over his snack and sippee cup! I apologize to Lord & Taylor for any damage done, but it was impossible to keep that thing on!
